Rodney Kateregga is a versatile professional with extensive experience in network administration, support, sales, and marketing. He possesses managerial and hands-on expertise in network management and technical support. Rodney’s career highlights include training employees, maintaining network documentation, and resolving hardware and software issues during his tenure as a Network Support Manager Intern at Bukasa Telecomm (MTN) in 2013. As a Network Administrator at Bukasa Telecom from 2014 to 2015, he excelled in managing 3G networks and overseeing installations of microwave antennas for MTN Uganda. In 2016, Rodney served as a Corporate Sales Representative at Stanbic Bank Uganda, demonstrating his ability to distribute products and provide hardware support.
As Marketing Manager at Prestige Turkey Projects from 2017 to 2019, he developed marketing strategies and trained new team members while monitoring service management and product delivery. In 2021, Rodney embarked on contracting IT projects, successfully executing the challenging Win 10 mitigation project for Swedish hospitals’ campuses in Seattle, which involved software upgrades, end-user support, and project management.
Rodney’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Uganda Christian University (BSCIT) in 2015. As a general tech contractor, Rodney continues to excel in handling various IT challenges for clients, earning praise for his work in end-user support projects for organizations like the Office of the Attorney General, Bristols Myers Squib Seattle, and Goldman Sachs (Seattle Office). Rodney’s adaptability, innovative mindset, and strong communication skills make him a valuable asset to any organization seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional.
