In order to achieve our objectives, ELOI has established five core values above.
These expand into eight categories of organizational values:
These underpin the approach of all Organization Departments, management and support staff to their duties and responsibilities. All Organization personnel are expected to be truthful, reliable, and accountable for their actions.
Equity is a foundational pillar of our organization, human resource management, development objectives, policies, and programs. ELOI is an equal opportunity employer that believes in implementing a responsive performance-based reward system to attract and retain highly competent and motivated personnel.
We approach all of our beneficiaries with impartialness. This entails equal concern and contribution to every situation we encounter with openness and understanding.
Refers to our conviction that being at service to our communities is the primary reason for this organization’s existence. Therefore, ELOI’s approach to program design and delivery seeks to provide a response that satisfies the identified needs within our communities. ELOI will be guided by the principle of providing value-for-money to all its beneficiaries.
The key to the successful achievement of ELOI’s endeavors. We share a common vision and mission. Our objectives are focused on mutual support. Our team members are expected to work with one another to ensure effective implementation of planned projects.
This demands a thorough knowledge of one’s field of endeavor as well as the demonstration of skill, high ethical standards, and respect for ELOI’s beneficiaries and team members.
Requires the organization to design programs that meet the needs of the community by taking into account constraints such as professional commitments, family commitments, and distance.
The sustainability of this organization is guaranteed on grounds that knowledge is power that can be transmitted from one person to another. Equipping people with knowledge will help to guarantee them with sustainable development.
ELOI works closely together with other partners whose sole purpose and aim is to strengthen the quality of interventions, inclusiveness in program monitoring, policymaking, and strategy development plans that target and are relevant to those who have been unfairly incarcerated in immigration detention centers in the United States of America without access to affordable legal services for several months and/or years. We are encouraged by the willingness of advocates for national human rights efforts. Understanding that all countries have pressing national concerns, we appreciate a continued commitment to civil rights operations in the United States of America and the global response necessary to prevent injustice
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. We create a space where we listen to one another without judgement and our initiatives are focused on providing aid to those with mental health issues. With the information provided to us by beneficiaries regarding their mental health, we connect them with medical assistance to the best of our ability. We are not medical professionals, doctors, or psychiatrists. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for mental health conditions. We help with recovery efforts of those suffering from addiction. Beneficiaries have the ability to travel to Africa, where they do not have the temptations of addictive substances. There ELOI will connect them with social workers, pastors, and counselors to support their full recovery. Additionally, ELOI has ambitious goals to build a memory care and assisted living facility for the elderly members of our community. Many assisted living facilities and nursing homes across the USA, have strict degrading conditions for the elderly people they house. Our goal is to build an institute that restores dignity to our members through compassionate care and activities that promote learning and community building.
Volunteers at our organization have the ability to aid in projects that help various community members from all walks of life. Through our work, members of this organization will feel enriched through their interactions with people of different cultures, ages, and beliefs. In our efforts to broaden perspective through experience and exposure, we encourage people to travel, discover, and explore what lies outside of their geographical boundaries through positive impact in novel communities. We believe that a change in environment helps different individuals discover new abilities, a better understanding of themselves, an appreciation for cultural differences, and fosters a dedication to help create a better future at large. We offer volunteer abroad services for people of all ages, abilities, and walks of life. We are happy to answer any questions about local resources. Our support staff provides the ability to tailor to individual needs. Please contact us for more information

ELOI was founded and duly incorporated in 2021 under the laws of the state of Vermont. We are a non-profit organization that works with underserved members of our communities. We have helped provide basic needs like shelter, food, clothing, medical care, guidance, consultation, and orientation to New Americans. We aim to reduce cultural shock by acting as a bridge between New Americans and legal and social services readily available for them to explore. Furthermore, we are devoted in our mission to provide services that improve the health of underserved members of our community.
We care for our elderly through our volunteer services and are devoted to an ambitious goal of building a memory care and assisted living facility that will prioritize the restoration of dignity to these individuals which carry rich history and importance. Additionally, ELOI prioritizes the mental health of its beneficiaries by creating a space to listen and understand how these struggles are affecting those we serve. With this information, we connect people to needed medical assistance to the best of our ability.
Our organization helps provide recovery support to those suffering from addiction via travel to Africa where they will be connected with dignified personnel to help with their full recovery. Finally, we are developing initiatives that allow our youth to participate in research on human rights policies. From their findings, we support participants of this program to connect to members of our communities to create publications, advocate for human rights, and organize local efforts that educate the broader community about these issues.
