Today marks 25 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. A quarter-century later, September 11 has evolved into the largest annual day of charitable service in the United States. For communities across the nation, this milestone is a reminder that the most profound response to destruction, fear, and collective trauma is radical human solidarity and active community care.
At ELOI Inc., we work daily with young adults rebuilding their lives after severe trauma and addiction, as well as New Americans seeking safety. We know that healing does not occur in isolation—it happens when personal pain is transformed into public purpose.
