Without emergency support, newly released New Americans face an immediate risk of street-level homelessness.
Government administrative systems routinely leave this post-release transition unaddressed. The Haven Network, established by ELOI Inc., steps into this gap by coordinating community-based temporary housing.
How the Haven Network Operates
Our “Host an Immigrant” initiative connects vetted American host families with released individuals and families, creating a structured, safe bridge to independence:
